STAFF MEETINGS

The St. Martin Parish School Board considers school faculty meetings to be essential to efficient and effective school operation and often provide a mechanism for problem solving and input to the decision making process.  The number, time, place and subject matter to be communicated or discussed shall be determined by each principal.  Teacher attendance shall be required by the principal.

Prior to Staff Development Days, agendas shall be submitted to the central office by each principal.  Each administrator is responsible for establishing a framework for the dissemination of information (i.e. principal/staff meetings; Board meetings, education-related meetings).
