DEPOSITORY OF FUNDS

The St. Martin Parish School Board shall select a fiscal agent in accordance with State law.    

Immediately upon receipt of any school funds, irrespective of the sources, the school employee in receipt thereof shall receipt these funds to the principal’s office for safekeeping.  The Board shall not assume responsibility for funds lost in a school.  The Board shall require that school funds be deposited on a daily basis, whenever possible.
