ST. MARTIN PARISH SCHOOL BOARD

SPECIAL MEETING

APRIL 19, 2016 – 5:00 P.M.

BREAUX BRIDGE, LOUISIANA

MINUTES

The St. Martin Parish School Board met this day with the following members present:  Messrs., Mark Hebert, President, Aaron Flegeance, James Blanchard, Russel C. Foti, Burton Dupuis, Richard Potier, Floyd Knott, and Ms. Wanda B. Vital.

ABSENT:          Mr. Steve Fuselier and Mr. Frederic Stelly

On the motion of Mr. Dupuis, seconded by Mr. Flegeance, and unanimously carried, the Board discussed the ratification of the approval of Alternates 1, 2, and 3 for the Breaux Bridge High School Fieldhouse and recommended further research by the attorney.

ABSENT:          Mr. Fuselier and Mr. Stelly

On the motion of Mr. Dupuis, seconded by Mr. Flegeance, and carried, the Board approved the change order for the demolition of the Breaux Bridge High School Fieldhouse.

OPPOSED:       Mr. Blanchard, Mr. Knott, and Ms. Vital

ABSENT:          Mr. Fuselier and Mr. Stelly

On the motion of Ms. Vital, seconded by Mr. Foti, and unanimously carried, the Board approved the contract with Southeast Equity Center:  Focused Educational Agreement (FEA).

ABSENT:          Mr. Fuselier and Mr. Stelly

On the motion of Mr. Foti, seconded by Mr. Dupuis, and unanimously carried, the Board adjourned.
