ST. MARTIN PARISH SCHOOL BOARD

SPECIAL MEETING

NOVEMBER 24, 2015 – 3:00 P.M.

BREAUX BRIDGE, LOUISIANA

MINUTES

The St. Martin Parish School Board met this day with the following members present:  Messrs., Mark Hebert, President, James Blanchard, Russel C. Foti, Burton Dupuis, Frederic Stelly, Floyd Knott, and Ms. Wanda B. Vital.

ABSENT:          Mr. Steve Fuselier, Mr. Aaron Flegeance, and Mr. Richard Potier

On the motion of Ms. Vital, seconded by Mr. Blanchard, and unanimously carried, the Board went into Executive Session.

            On the motion of Mr. Stelly, seconded by Ms. Vital, and unanimously carried, the Board came out of Executive Session.

            ABSENT:          Mr. Fuselier, Mr. Flegeance, and Mr. Potier

            On the motion of Mr. Dupuis, seconded by Mr. Stelly, and unanimously carried, the Board approved to modify the plan at Breaux Bridge Junior High for submission. 

            ABSENT:          Mr. Fuselier, Mr. Flegeance, and Mr. Potier

            On the motion of Mr. Blanchard, seconded by Mr. Dupuis, and unanimously carried, the Board approved to continue to negotiate along the lines of the discussion in Executive Session.

            ABSENT:          Mr. Fuselier, Mr. Flegeance, and Mr. Potier

            On the motion of Mr. Stelly, seconded by Mr. Knott, and unanimously carried, the Board adjourned.
