ST. MARTIN PARISH SCHOOL BOARD

SPECIAL MEETING

NOVEMBER 9, 2015 – 2:00 P.M.

BREAUX BRIDGE, LOUISIANA

MINUTES

The St. Martin Parish School Board met this day with the following members present:  Messrs., Mark Hebert, President, Steve Fuselier, Russel C. Foti, Frederic Stelly, Floyd Knott, and Ms. Wanda B. Vital.

ABSENT:          Mr. Aaron Flegeance, Mr. James Blanchard, Mr. Burton Dupuis, and Mr. Richard Potier

On the motion of Mr. Fuselier, seconded by Ms. Vital, and unanimously carried, the Board went into Executive Session.

            On the motion of Mr. Stelly, seconded by Mr. Foti, and unanimously carried, the Board came out of Executive Session.

            ABSENT:          Mr. Flegeance, Mr. Blanchard, Mr. Dupuis, and Mr. Potier

No action was necessary for the following item discussed in Executive Session:

a)     Update regarding pending litigation (Thomas vs. St. Martin Parish School Board, USDC for Western District of Louisiana, Docket No. 6:65 CV 11314)

On the motion of Mr. Knott, seconded by Ms. Vital, and unanimously carried, the Board adjourned.
