ST. MARTIN PARISH SCHOOL BOARD

SPECIAL MEETING

JULY 31, 2015 – 1:00 P.M.

BREAUX BRIDGE, LOUISIANA

M I N U T E S

The St. Martin Parish School Board met this day with the following members present:  Messrs., Mark Hebert, President, James Blanchard, Russel C. Foti, Burton Dupuis, Frederic Stelly, and Floyd Knott.

ABSENT:          Mr. Steve Fuselier, Mr. Aaron Flegeance, Mr. Richard Potier, and Ms. Wanda Babin

On the motion of Mr. Stelly, seconded by Mr. Foti, and unanimously carried, the Board approved the request to call for an Emergency meeting.

ABSENT:          Mr. Fuselier, Mr. Flegeance, and Mr. Potier

On the motion of Mr. Blanchard, seconded by Mr. Foti, and unanimously carried, the Board authorized the superintendent and staff to move forward with the temporary fix for air units and purchase air handler for Breaux Bridge High School.

ABSENT:          Mr. Fuselier and Mr. Potier

On the motion of Dupuis, seconded by Mr. Foti, and unanimously carried, the Board adjourned.
