ST. MARTIN PARISH SCHOOL BOARD

SPECIAL MEETING

JUNE 25, 2014 – 5:00 P.M.

BREAUX BRIDGE, LOUISIANA

MINUTES

The St. Martin Parish School Board met this day with the following members present:  

Messrs., Russel C. Foti, President, Steve Fuselier, Aaron Flegeance, Robert E. Hollier, James Blanchard, Richard Potier, Frederic Stelly, Floyd Knott, Mark Hebert, and Ms. Wanda Babin.

ABSENT:           None

On the motion of Mr. Blanchard, seconded by Mr. Hollier, and unanimously carried, the Board approved the minutes of the Finance Committee Meeting.

On the motion of Mr. Blanchard, seconded by Hollier, and unanimously carried, the Board approved the following Finance Committee recommendations:

a)     Option 2 relative to the Excess Workers Compensation Insurance with New York Marine & General Insurance Company (MAGIC)

b)     Renewal of third party administrative services with LoCA

c)     Renewal of the loss control contract with LoCA

Mr. Judy Broussard, Poché Prouet Associates, made a presentation to the Board regarding the 2009 and 2013 Bond Projects.

On the motion of Mr. Blanchard, seconded by Mr. Flegeance, and unanimously carried, the Board adjourned.
