ST. MARTIN PARISH SCHOOL BOARD

SPECIAL MEETING

AUGUST 21, 2013 – 5:00 P.M.

BREAUX BRIDGE, LOUISIANA

M I N U T E S

The St. Martin Parish School Board met this day with the following members present: Messrs., Floyd Knott, President, Steve Fuselier, Aaron Flegeance, Russel C. Foti, James Blanchard, Robert E. Hollier, Richard Potier, Frederic Stelly, Mark Hebert, and Ms. Wanda Babin.

ABSENT:              None

On the motion of Mr. Blanchard, seconded by Mr. Potier, and unanimously carried, the Board went into Executive Session.

On the motion of Mr. Flegeance, seconded by Mr. Fuselier, and unanimously carried, the Board came out of Executive Session.

On the motion of Mr. Blanchard, seconded by Mr. Foti, and unanimously carried, the Board approved to follow the recommendation of the administration regarding the student discussed in Executive Session.

On the motion of Mr. Stelly, seconded by Mr. Foti, and unanimously carried, the Board adjourned.
