ST. MARTIN PARISH SCHOOL BOARD

SPECIAL MEETING

JANUARY 9, 2013 – 2:00 P.M.

BREAUX BRIDGE, LOUISIANA

M I N U T E S

The St. Martin Parish School Board met this day with the following members present: Messrs., James Blanchard, President, Floyd Knott, Mark Hebert, Aaron Flegeance, Russel C. Foti, Steve Fuselier, Richard Potier, Robert E. Hollier, Frederic Stelly, and Ms. Wanda Babin.

ABSENT:              None

On the motion of Mr. Hollier, seconded by Ms. Babin, and unanimously carried, the Board went into Executive Session.

On the motion of Mr. Stelly, seconded by Mr. Foti, and unanimously carried, the Board came out of Executive Session.

While in Executive Session, the Board interviewed applicants for the position of Superintendent.

On the motion of Mr. Foti, seconded by Mr. Hollier, and unanimously carried, the Board adjourned.
