SPECIAL MEETING

MARCH 28, 2012 – 5:15 P.M.

BREAUX BRIDGE, LOUISIANA

MINUTES

The St. Martin Parish School Board met this day with the following members present:  Messrs. James Blanchard, President, Steve Fuselier, James Blanchard, Russel Foti, Robert Hollier, Richard Potier, Floyd Knott, Mark Hebert and Ms. Wanda Babin.

                ABSENT:  Messrs. Aaron Flegeance and Frederic Stelly

                On the motion of Mr. Fuselier, seconded by Mr. Potier and unanimously carried, the Board went into Executive Session.

                On the motion of Mr. Hebert, seconded by Mr. Foti and unanimously carried, the Board came out of Executive Session.

                On the motion of Mr. Potier, seconded by Mr. Foti and carried, the Board approved to reinstate denied credits due to excessive absences for the Students A & B discussed in Executive Session. 

AGAINST:  Mark Hebert

ABSENT:  Aaron Flegeance, Frederick Stelly

                On the motion of Mr. Potier, seconded by Mr. Foti and unanimously carried, the Board adjourned.
