ST. MARTIN PARISH SCHOOL BOARD

SPECIAL MEETING

FEBRUARY 8, 2012 – 5:00 P.M.

BREAUX BRIDGE, LOUISIANA

MINUTES

The St. Martin Parish School Board met this day with the following members present: Messrs., James Blanchard, President, Floyd Knott, Mark Hebert, Russel C. Foti, Steve Fuselier, Richard Potier, and Robert E. Hollier. 

ABSENT:              Mr. Aaron Flegeance, Mr. Frederic Stelly, and Ms. Wanda Babin

Superintendent Lavergne opened the meeting with a prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance.

On the motion of Mr. Fuselier, seconded by Mr. Potier, and unanimously carried, discussion and consideration of suspension of tax collection and issuance of certificate was added to the agenda.

ABSENT:              Mr. Flegeance, Mr. Stelly, and Ms. Babin

On the motion of Mr. Knott, seconded by Mr. Fuselier, and unanimously carried, the Board approved to reinstate denied credits due to excessive absences for students A and B.

ABSENT:              Mr. Flegeance, Mr. Stelly, and Ms. Babin

On the motion of Mr. Fuselier, seconded by Mr. Potier, and unanimously carried, the Board approved suspension of the tax collection and issuance of the certificate.

ABSENT:              Mr. Flegeance, Mr. Stelly, and Ms. Babin

On the motion of Mr. Hebert, seconded by Mr. Foti, and unanimously carried, the Board adjourned.
