MINUTES
The St. Martin Parish School Board convened on this day at 5:00 P.M. at the Breaux Bridge Instructional Center with the following members present: Messrs. Aaron Flegeance, President, Floyd Knott, Mark Hebert, James Blanchard, Steve Fuselier, Richard Potier, Rodney Ledoux, Frederic Stelly, and Mrs. Barbara Latiolais and Ms. Wanda Babin.
ABSENT: None
The meeting was called to order by Mr. Aaron Flegeance, President. Superintendent Lavergne opened the meeting with a prayer and the pledge of allegiance.
Ms. Susan Choate, Guidance Counselor at St. Martinville Senior High School, was recognized as the Taylor and Sons September Employee of the Month.
On the motion of Mr. Blanchard, seconded by Mr. Ledoux, and unanimously carried, the Finance Committee recommendation regarding the Change in Stipend Pay was postponed until the November Board meeting.
On the motion of Mr. Potier, seconded by Mr. Blanchard, and unanimously carried, consider and/or approve a Change Order to the Breaux Bridge Elementary Site Drainage Upgrade in the amount of $5,280 for additional work required which was not apparent at start of project was removed from the consent agenda.
On the motion of Mr. Fuselier, seconded by Mrs. Latiolais, and unanimously carried, the Board approved the following consent agenda items:

On the motion of Mr. Potier, seconded by Mr. Fuselier, and unanimously carried, the Board approved a Change Order to the Breaux Bridge Elementary Site Drainage Upgrade in the amount of $5,280 for additional work required which was not apparent at start of project.
On the motion of Mr. Blanchard, seconded by Mr. Hebert, and unanimously carried, the Board approved the recommendation of the St. Martin Parish Pupil Progression Committee with reference to inclusion of the End-of-Course Test in the student’s final grade.
Board Member Rodney Ledoux discussed all new supervisors starting as Supervisor II, moving to Supervisor I, after three (3) years.
Board Member Floyd Knott discussed the following:

7th - 12th) under the direct supervisor of the Director of Title Funding

On the motion of Mr. Blanchard, seconded by Mrs. Latiolais, and unanimously carried, the Board went into Executive Session.
On the motion of Mr. Hebert, seconded by Mr. Potier, and unanimously carried, the Board came out of Executive Session.
