SPECIAL MEETING

SEPTEMBER 14, 2005 – 5:00 P.M.

BREAUX BRIDGE, LOUISIANA

M I N U T E S

The St. Martin Parish School Board met this day with the following members present: Messrs., Mark Hebert, President, Floyd Knott, James Blanchard, Richard Potier, Rodney Ledoux, Frederic Stelly, Paulma Johnson, and Mrs. Barbara Latiolais.

ABSENT:        Mr. Anthony Wiltz and Mr. Steve Fuselier

Superintendent Haaga opened the meeting with a prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance.

Former School Board Attorney, Mr. Chester Cedars, updated the Board on the pending purchase of the Martin Mills building and its impact on the St. Martin Parish School System.

On the motion of Mr. Knott, seconded by Mr. Blanchard, and unanimously carried, the Board adjourned.
